Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Creates marketing and social media campaigns and strategies, including budget planning, content ideation, and implementation schedules.
  • Ensures brand consistency in marketing and social media messages by working with various company department members, including advertising, product development, and brand management.
  • Provides training and guidance to social media and marketing team members on social media implementation best practices and strategies.
  • Collects customer data and analyses interactions and visits, plus uses this information to create comprehensive reports and improve future marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Grows and expands company social media presence into new social media platforms, plus increases presence on existing platforms including Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and Instagram.
  • Researches and monitors the activity of company competitors.
  • Creates and distributes engaging written or graphic content in the form of e-newsletters, web page, and blog content, or social media messages.
Required Knowledge & Skills:
  • Proven working experience in social media marketing.
  • Must have experience of social media campaigns setup & Budget Planning for all social media channels.
  • Experience with doing audience and buyer persona research.
  • Good understanding of social media KPIs.
  • Knowledge of social media and analytics software (Hootsuite, Raven Tools, Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, etc.).
  • Must have In-depth knowledge and understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, LinkedIn, Blogs etc.).
  • Should produce regular reports; detailing the impact of social media initiatives on business goals.
  • Must have the ability to effectively communicate information and ideas in written and verbal format.
  • Experience in Analyze key metrics and tweak strategy as needed.
  • Must possess good knowledge of SEO principles.
  • Must have hands-on Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Photoshop.
  • Should be extremely fluent with written and spoken English.
  • Experience in the Travel industry would be added advantage.
