Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Pre sales research on SMM landscape for prospective clients
  • Making PPTs and serving as a client point of contact as SMM expert
  • Understanding client goals/objectives w.r.t. their SMM needs and creating custom strategy
  • Utilizing and campaign execution across various social media networks
  • Responsible for revenue generation through on-going SMM activities
  • Client support during initial engagement period & ensure on-going client satisfaction
  • Represent company and attend industry events, conferences and seminars
Required Knowledge & Skills:
  • Excellent communication English & presentation skills PPT
  • Excellent content writing skills
  • Thorough understanding of Social networks like Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube & Pinterest
  • Strong relationship building skills
  • Highly motivated, aggressive, pro-active and a self starter to work with limited directions
  • Leadership ability & client focused
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
  • Must be extrovert, outgoing, and proactive approach
