Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Create and publish engaging and share-worthy stories/articles on a daily basis.
  • Write clear marketing copy to promote our products and apps via emailers, social media posts, blogs, infographics, PR related articles, & campaigns
  • Coordinate with stakeholders & design teams to illustrate articles
  • Create and update website and app content when needed
  • Create Product Documentation, FAQs, and Help content
  • Writing awesome scripts for explainer videos and viral videos for our products, and getting them created through video editors, freelancers or agencies
  • Responsible for researching, trend jacking, creating, editing, updating & managing all formats of content.
Required Knowledge & Skills:
  • 3+ years of relevant experience
  • The flair of writing share-worthy stories.
  • Experience in WordPress with a good knowledge of SEO & Web Traffic metrics.
  • Ability to create technical content in English on any given topic
  • Should have excellent grammar and writing skills
  • Excellent communication skills; will be comfortable in presenting work to product managers, stakeholders, and developers.
  • Self-motivated without layers of people in between
  • Familiarity with all social media channels

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, English or equivalent working experience.
