The purpose of this role is to define SOPs for brand Social Media Care and identify actions to reduce customer complaints on social media platforms. Manage Influencers & promote positivity around brand

  • Designation: Manager – Social Care (Social Media Manager)

  • Location: Mumbai
  • Qualification : Any Graduate / PG / MBA
  • Experience: Minimum 7 + years
  • Package: 8L – 15 LPA (Depends upon previous package)

Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Ideate, create & implement Social Media Care process to support new product launches. Continuous enhancement of current processes to ensure smooth transactions with business SPoCs & deliver a superior customer experience
  • Be a stakeholder of the Social Care team and ensure adherence to SOPs & guidelines to identify and implement corrective actions on a daily basis
  • Influencer Management Daily track brand mentions from Influencers and oversee complaint management on an immediate basis. Identify detractors on daily basis & strategize to turn around the sentiment
  • Provide periodic feedback/suggestions to improve Social Platform performance. Co-ordinate with
  • Platform team to escalate/tackle tool issues /new requirement implementation
  • Coordinate with various teams like Platform/Marketing/ORM/PR Team on regular basis for Care related promotions/issues/detractor management
