Roles & Responsibilities:

• Manages the company's social media accounts and posts content.
• Brainstorms new campaign ideas.
• Monitor various social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter.
• Analyzes analytics to gauge the success of campaigns.
• Understands the overall concept of the company, including the brand, customer, product goals, and all other aspects of service.
• Engages with customers or clients and provides service and/or sales.
• Provide suggestions to management for improving customer experience on social platforms and internal processes in the team.
• Assists in creating performance reports.
• Maintaining all the stats sheets for all social media platforms - stats, performance track, competitor analysis etc..

Required Knowledge & Skills:

• Good knowledge of social media platforms.
• Amazing communication skills.
• Knowledge of analytical tools.
• Creative mindset.
• Ability to multitask.
• Ability to work in a team.
• Prior experience with marketing or social media for at least 3 months.
• Should be good with excel and google sheets.
