Looking for a Social Media Expert to carry out and monitor social media initiatives and implement successful marketing strategies for our clients

Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Create presence on various social media platforms like Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram etc. for our clients, worldwide
  • Create engaging content (banners, posts, photos, video, GIFs etc) for all the social media platforms
  • Analyze user engagement on website and social media platforms (e.g. click-through, bounce rates)
  • Create analytics report of traffic and user engagement from all social media platforms
  • Help build and support new and innovative strategies like optimizing keywords, #Tags, Content etc.
  • Identify current trends, trending contents, prevailing #tags etc and engage our clients with the flow
  • Identify habits of our online customers and suggest ways to reach a broader audience
  • Maintain a cohesive strategy across all platforms to increase brand awareness of our clients
  • Coordinate with SEO Team and Business Development Team to design advertising campaigns
  • Ensure timely responses to customers and follow-ups on queries and comments
  • Research how emerging social networks and features can benefit our company
  • Advice and update our company's social media packages offered to our clients
  • Advice on our company's social media policies as and when necessary
Required Knowledge & Skills:

Qualifications / Experience 

  • Proven working experience (2 to 3 yrs) in social media marketing or as a digital media specialist
  • Hands-on experience handling social media platforms and digital marketing campaigns
  • Excellent consulting, writing, editing (text and photo), presentation and communication skills
  • Experience of using social media management tools, like Buffer and Hootsuite is desirable
  • Positive attitude, detail oriented approach and customer focused
  • Good multitasking and organisational ability will be beneficial
  • Understanding of SEO, keyword research and Google Analytics will be an added advantage
  • Ability to identify target audience preferences and trends
  • Demonstrable social networking experience
  • Excellent command over English is a must
  • Salary will be at par with experience
