Roles & Responsibilities:
- To oversee all aspects of the social media accounts (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc.) and handling online interactions with customers through social media
- To create social media campaigns and calls-to-action that drive traffic to various accounts.
- To Maximize followers and brand engagement on all social media platforms for all media accounts
- To communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews
- To use various digital tools for social media management (posting, tracking, analyzing, etc.)
- To brainstorm and come up with marketing content (with a very creative approach) that has the potential of becoming viral on social media.
- To develop and administer a social media plan, monitoring on-line reviews and responding accordingly.
- To generate, edit, publish and share daily content (original text, images, graphics, GIFs, video) that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action.
- To search content from around the web on topics that the companys target audience might be interested in.
- To generate leads through social media platforms
- To suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions
- To Keep up-to-date with advances in digital marketing and social media technology and improving the Social Media strategy accordingly
- Needs to also cover search engine marketing and SEO as well as LinkedIn in list of social media.
- Website tools and development knowledge, including HTML (if possible) and experience with shopify or WordPress (ecommerce)
- Ability and experience of running ads, targeting customers, generating leads in a cost efficient manner
- Collaboration with other social media accounts, including using features such as stories, reels, highlights, etc.
- Ability to comprehend requirements and clearly communicate with design team including any revisions for minimal edits from supervisors
- Follow up with company sales team and employees to spread the designs and posts and other social media content, and ensuring on-ground marketing and digital marketing are aligned
Required Knowledge & Skills:
- Experience with content writing, whether for posts or website, and use of hashtags to get traction.
Measurements of Success
- Compiles monthly reports and analysis of campaign strategies, goals, and the effectiveness of those campaigns to grow social audiences
- Assists with evaluating the effectiveness and impact of communications and social media programs and proactively recommends and develops strategies to improve the impact
- Sets goals and establishes key performance indicators and metrics to measure results on a daily basis to assure goals are met and results tie back to business objectives
