Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Present annual sales and cost budgets, channel/campaign performances, improvement opportunities and growth strategies
  • Perform and lead daily account management of Google & Facebook Ads accounts including the campaign implementation, budget management, performance review, and optimization
  • Brainstorm and build additional digital marketing channels including push marketing, affiliate marketing, etc.
  • Lead SEO strategy and implementation from targets and keyword strategy to project management of the implementation
  • Analyzing audience behavior to drive improved segmenting and targeting to achieve improved conversion, retention, and ROI, and preparing MIS reports
  • Evaluate emerging technologies and offering thought leadership
  • The role reports to the Co-Founder
Required Knowledge & Skills:
  • 8-10 years of experience in digital marketing and SEO
  • Hands-on knowledge of Google and Facebook Ads manager, email marketing
  • Experience in executing campaigns, analyzing performance and recommending optimization opportunities
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to develop growth strategies and channel expansions
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics and Excel
  • Passion to persevere, achieve and grow
  • Ability to thrive in an ambiguous and fast-changing environment
  • Self-motivated, collaborative and able to work independently
