Roles & Responsibilities:
- SEO expert with working knowledge of search engine optimization practices, including ON Page and OFF Page Optimization and keyword expansion research.
- Conduct on-site and off-site SEO competitor analysis Execute SEO strategies (including link building).
- Using web tools to track site traffic and rankings to maximize organic visitors.
- Administer search engine programs (XML sitemaps, Google analytics, webmaster tools, Google search console, and keyword tools) for purposes of diagnostic reporting on projects.
- Recommend changes to website architecture, linking and other factors to improve SEO positions for target keywords.
- Reviewing and analyzing our websites for areas that can be improved and optimized
- Preparing detailed strategy reports and identifying powerful keywords to drive the most valuable traffic.
- Build, optimize and scale effective paid search and social ad campaigns, ensuring consistency of messaging across all marketing programs and campaigns.
- Grows and expands company social media presence into new social media platforms, plus increase presence on existing platforms including blogs, Twitter, Facebook, G+, Pinterest, LinkedIn, YouTube and Instagram.
- Manage campaign expenses, estimate monthly costs and achieve maximum ROI from spending.
- Provide creative ideas for content marketing and update website.
- Copywriting skills to ensure a quick turnaround with web changes, social media requests, and campaigns when required.
- Coordinate sales or other promotional strategies with, operations, or inventory control staff to ensure product catalogs are current and accurate.
- Collaborate with other marketing staff to integrate and complement marketing strategies across multiple sales channels.
- Designing and developing strategies to company branding through digital media.
- Conduct online marketing initiatives, such as paid ad placement, affiliate programs, sponsorship programs, email promotions, or viral marketing campaigns on social media Web sites.
- Collect and analyze sales data, using web traffic metrics such as page visits, transaction size, link popularity, click-through rates, and cost-per clicks (PPC).
Required Knowledge & Skills:
Required Candidate profile
- Bachelor's degree / Post Graduationin Marketing, Statistics, Commerce, Business, IT or related discipline will be highly regarded but not mandatory.
- 3+ years of digital marketing experience (SEO/SMO/SEM/SMM).
- Excellent Communication Skills with a Flair to be Up-to-date on Current Affairs across Verticals (Business / Social / Political / Digital etc) Ability to coordinate and implement search engine marketing programs. Goal oriented, possess exceptional attention to detail, and have outstanding interpersonal skills.
- Experience successfully refining SEO, keyword research and executing digital marketing strategies for high-growth businesses and creatively translating the strategies into compelling marketing programs and campaigns.
- Deep understanding of web analytics and expertise in email marketing, social media marketing, search engine marketing, chat bot marketing, and lifecycle marketing among others.
- A track record of successfully collaborating within a local and global team as well as working independently and autonomously.
- High attention to detail in both written and visual context and outstanding spoken English, written communication / content writingand visual presentation skills.
- Smart professional, who is a self-learner with ability to adapt to changing business needs.
