Like you have KHATI app on your smartphone to book a ride, these drivers have a similar Driver Mobile App on their smartphones. We activate the Driver app after a thorough check of authenticity and conducting due diligence of the commercial & personal papers of the driver & operator. These drivers decide their own time to log into the KHATI application and accept requests for rides from customers. They may choose to remain logged out of the system as per their convenience.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Manage acquisition campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, and other online channels.
- Identify additional platforms for online acquisition and drive the same.
- Use a data-driven approach to manage campaigns and derive insights on strategy and performance.
- Assist in the maintenance and monitoring of reports, budgets, campaign performance, ROI, and other channel metrics.
- Help support weekly and monthly reporting of channel metrics, goals, and other KPIs.
- Monitor attribution dashboards and key reporting tools like AppsFlyer.
- Work closely with the other teams and stakeholders to ensure acquisition goals are met
Required Knowledge & Skills:
- 3+ years of digital ads performance marketing management.
- A deep understanding of the key metrics to drive performance and CAC optimization.
- A strong grasp of app analytics, A/B testing, and metrics-driven marketing.
Good to Have :
- Work Experience in a startup is a plus
- Work Experience in Logistics is a plus
