Overview

The Associate Marketing Manager will support the MaPS marketing team with campaign execution and ad hoc activities as required. Working with specific project owners for each campaign, the AMM will follow (and update where necessary) written processes to execute each campaign. This will entail executing project briefs as outlined by project managers.

Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Execution of campaigns across all digital channels including but not limited to LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Google, & Email
  • Collate all relevant campaign information from project owner including deployment schedule, copy, assets, segmentation, budgeting, and targeting/retargeting strategies
  • Ensure all links are tagged correctly using in-house UTM builder
  • Proofread copy for spelling and grammar, test to make sure all links are working and that images render correctly
  • Actively and continuously review the effectiveness of paid media activity and track metrics/KPIs for regular reporting purposes
  • Deploy campaigns according to schedule
  • Report back campaign results to project owner/team/client as needed/requested
Required Knowledge & Skills:
  • Bachelors or masters degree in marketing or a similar qualification
  • Proven track record executing paid social media marketing campaigns, including campaign monitoring, analysis, and reporting
  • Proven experience and a strong grasp of campaign management platforms (LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Ad Manager, Facebook Ads Manager, Twitter Ads Manager, etc.), their respective advertising products, and campaign formats
  • Working knowledge of Google Analytics and experience building dashboard visualizations in tools like Google Data Studio
  • Good technical understanding of marketing technology (Pardot, Eloqua, Marketo, Hybris, etc.), with direct experience in implementing multi-stage automated campaigns
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, charts, vlookup, sumifs), Word and PowerPoint
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (including copywriting and proofreading)
  • Excellent time and organizational management skills
  • Fluent in business level English
  • Impeccable attention to detail
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects at once and adapt to changing situations quickly and effectively
  • Previous experience in digital advertising a plus
