Simply put, we are a new age budget hotels brand, now with 600+ hotels in 50+ Indian cities. We faced a huge problem finding a reliable, trustworthy and value for money accommodation wherever we travelled, and unwillingly, ended up spending on top-end hotels instead. This was a problem that a lot of our friends faced as well! Hence we decided to do something about it. We decided to launch our own brand of budget hotels!

Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Closely work with the online marketing team to manage the overall growth of the brand
  • Monitor online brand reputation and connect directly with our guests on multiple platforms including Google Playstore, FabHotels.com and travel portals like Booking.com, Expedia, etc.
  • Coordinate with multiple teams within the organization for better guest experience and building a valuable tech-enabled brand
  • Report and escalate critical reviews to the customer delight team and higher management as needed
  • Manage reviews/posts/tweets on different Social Media platforms
  • Manage emails from guests and ensure the responses are sent as per the required SLA
Required Knowledge & Skills:

Candidate must possess :

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
  • Confident and amicable interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build and maintain networks internally and externally
  • Must have worked on Social Media

Qualification :

  • The ideal candidate should be a Graduate in English/related subject
