• Maintaining professional tone on all platforms with excellent writing and language skills.
• Performing an audit of all online profiles of the company to determine what issues need to be addressed
• Sharing positive reviews and comments about the company with a larger audience via social media platforms/ different web site
• An understanding of the social web, including blogs, forums, social networks, microblogs, photo/video sharing, ratings and reviews etc.
• Identify threats and opportunities in user-generated content surrounding the company.
• Helping manage reputation crises that are being discussed online
• Possesses great ability to identify potential negative or crisis situations and apply conflict resolution principles to mitigate issues.
• An understanding of the social web, including blogs, forums, social networks, microblogs, photo/video sharing, ratings and reviews etc.

Required Knowledge & Skills:

• Graduate degree
• 1-2 years of experience in content management or social media marketing.
• Proficient in English.
• Problem solving skills and handling emergency social media/online situations
