Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns
  • Facebook Expert
  • Design, build and maintain our social media presence
  • Manage day-to-day messaging/posts
  • Plan and execute Landing page, AdWords, Social Media PPC advertising campaigns. (by coordinating with multiple agencies / vendors and get work done through them)
  • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
  • Create, maintain, and implement digital marketing and editorial calendars
  • Maintain effective, cohesive, and engaging brand messaging
  • Lead a team of Digital Marketing
Required Knowledge & Skills:
  • Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns
  • Highly skilled in the tools of digital marketing that bring high impact for the results
  • Experienced in keyword research, keyword selection and link building
  • Must be AdWord certified
  • Conduct and report analysis of site and social traffic
  • Advanced Data analysis skills and ability to derive quick insights from raw data using a combination of analytical tools and intuition (from experience)
  • Create, maintain, and implement digital marketing and editorial calendars
  • Maintain effective, cohesive, and engaging brand messaging
  • Strong sense of integrity, honesty, empathy & respect towards the company policies.
