We are an enterprise software development company. In the last 3 years, we helped build 8 different products (US market) in the finance, energy, and healthcare sector and every single one of them have been acquired or running profitability.
We are looking for a Growth Engineer to help with marketing efforts to generate new leads by building our online presence.
Help us grow the business by generating leads using digital channels. In an ideal world, after 2 months, we want to get 1-10 new lead per month.
Job Location : Jaipur/ Bengaluru.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Build our online presence on channels like GoodCompany, Clutch, LinkedIn. Conduct various experiments with content, paid ads on these channel to fine tune the growth.
- Generate meaningful content to drive engagement on our website, blog and B2B channels
- Work with our technology consultants and publish their findings
- Work with engineering and publish technical content
- Work with customer, collect their review and case studies and publish them.
- Optimize the content on marketing website and conduct various experiments to generate new leads
- Re-target leads who visits out website, blog etc via social media re-targeting and email campaigns.
Required Knowledge & Skills:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills - ability to understand complex matters and express them precisely
- General awareness with various online marketing concepts and tools such as SEO, SMM, Hubspot
- Basic knowledge of (or curiosity to learn) HTML, CSS, and other basic web technologies
- You are army grade disciplined. You set goals and do whatever it takes to achieve it
