Roles & Responsibilities:

Relevance of the Role :

  • The role is focus into Performance Marketing through various mediums (CPC, CPM and CPD) to ensure maximum sell-out of the clients
  • This role is focused into Performance Marketing(sales) through various mediums (CPC, CPM and CPD) to ensure the maximum sell-out of the clients.

These are the key responsibility areas of this role:-

1. Campaign Management

  • Campaign Strategy:-. Achieving the client's strategic brand and business objectives by working with clients to provide them with guidance and working with the internal team to achieve execution of strategies
  • Campaign Planning and Execution:- Based on the strategy, device a comprehensive Campaign Plan with regards to day-to-day marketing activities, campaign optimizations, budgeting, etc
  • Plan, optimise, implement and manage paid search campaigns for a variety of clients
  • Creating and planning a variety of PPC campaigns across a range of digital channels ACOS

2. Reporting

  • Campaign Analysis - Perform competitive analysis, research new opportunities, and use data to provide strategic recommendations that support client growth
  • Data Interpretation - Create Weekly and Month end reports for the clients, analyse month on month and year on year data, providing actionable insight into the success factors and areas for improvement
Required Knowledge & Skills:

1. Quantitative Skills

  • Data Interpretation:- Effectively reading and interpreting information, numerical, and statistical data, drawing logical inferences and providing reasonable recommendations; and being able to anticipate and adapt to customers- needs in a proactive and strategic manner.

2. Strong organizational and time management skills:

  • Having strong multitasking skills; being able to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic, fast-paced environment;
  • being versatile, flexible, and willing to work within constantly changing priorities;

3. Knowledge and Experience

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in the field of Digital Marketing with sound knowledge and experience in SEM/SEO and PPC Display campaigns
  • Should have worked on Campaign Management related to optimization of CPA,ROI, etc and have knowledge about CPC and CPM campaigns on different platforms
  • Deep knowledge and experience into Performance Marketing (Sales Conversion)
  • Retailer Specific Tools: Amazon Marketing Services and Flipkart Services
  • Designing and reporting the relevant ratios timely using tools like Google Analytics

4.Communication Skills

  • Excellent communication in English (written and verbal) and interpersonal relations skills
