Roles & Responsibilities:

Primary Responsibilities 
L&D Content Development 65%

Create and maintain engaging eLearning, video, and performance support materials using instructional design documents provided by L&D colleagues, covering areas such as:

  • Product and Services Training
  • Onboarding & Professional Development
  • Management & Leadership Development
  • Formatting materials according to an established brand and team guidelines
  • Perform quality assurance (QA) on learning content
  • Develop marketing and communication deliverables to support L&D programs

LMS Administration & Reporting 25%

Assist the L&D team by performing LMS and reporting support, including:

  • Providing end-user support
  • Managing deployment of training content
  • Using data from the LMS Administrator, create reports on training metrics for leadership, management, and stakeholders

Management 10%
Team Management - oversee the LMS Administrators daily tasks including

  • Training content management
  • End-user support
  • Reporting
  • Provide work progress updates during
  • Weekly team meetings
  • Weekly manager 1:1 meeting
