Roles & Responsibilities:

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

An opportunity has arisen for  Digital Marketing Manager to join the Famous Retail Brand's Digital and Social Media team in our Corporate Branding and Communication head office, based in Gurugram. The successful candidate will be responsible for increasing traffic and conversion to Oraganization's  5 brands of the client sites, as well as to coordinate the global and local media plans.

As this role sits within the Gurugram head office,, the role is also a critical connection point between different Brands and teams.

WHAT WE EXPECT

Main duties will include but are not limited to:

Strategy 
Provide support and insight to the Global Digital Leadership team
Consult with key stakeholders to understand project objectives for all Brands

Execution -
Serve as the team project manager for all global performance marketing
Responsibility for all global performance marketing channels including Email, Search, Programmatic and

Paid Social-
Stakeholder alignment to objectives and themes for each quarters brief
Identification of cross business unit opportunities
Asset management sourcing of existing materials as well as budgeting & executing creation of new assets
Project timeline, including management of key milestones and approvals within the development process
Ensure content adherence to tone of voice and visual guidelines
Managing budget and budget reporting

Analysis -
Serve as a project leader and partner with regional teams to develop a project recap of performance marketing activities
Work with all global digital teams to deliver ecommerce business
Benchmark performance against aligned-to KPI's, providing insight and hypotheses for results
Provide strategic and actionable recommendations on how to optimize performance marketing channels based upon analysis
Reporting against performance marketing spend to ensure ROI against objectives

Management -
Identify projects and opportunities to help deliver on work plan and strategic goals
Assess and update work plan as part of overall organization's learning and development process
