To guarantee new user acquisition and retention of existing customers through conceptualization and execution of campaigns across all digital marketing channels

Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Design and execute campaigns across all digital platforms to increase the new user base
  • Design offers and plans for new user discounts etc. in order to drive growth
  • Plan, develop and execute national digital programs and campaigns, including online
    advertising, website strategy and design, social media, mobile etc.
  • Develop, manage and design layouts of communications such as presentations,
    newsletters, event support materials, research papers, and brochures to be used as
    marketing collaterals
  • Run effective digital media campaigns on platforms including but not limited to SEM,
  • Facebook Ads, Twitter Ads, Email & SMS Blasts, Re-marketing etc.
  • Analyse current best practices in integrated media campaigns as well as future directions
    made possible by emerging technology and share information with the team for
    generating better campaigns
  • Manage digital agency relationships, day-to-day production, as well as campaign
    budgets and schedules
  • Own digital marketing best practices and standards within the organization, including
  • Reporting, Measurement and Return on Investment (ROI) for digital campaign
  • Collaborate with the Head - Digital Marketing to evaluate customer segments and create
    customer segmentation groups for focused targeted marketing based on customer pro
  • Gather and share competitive insights related to marketing strategies by targeted
    competitors and recommend marketing strategies to counter or off-set competitor
    marketing moves based on learned trends and insights
  • Maintain data on site analytics, metrics, and campaign reporting and consolidate the
    data and provide details to relevant stakeholders showcasing the impact achieve
  • Use analytics tools to track, monitor and optimize digital presence and campaigns based
    on historical performance
  • Interact with the Digital Marketing Head, Business and Operations teams to decide on
    the allocation of budgets across all the digital platforms
  • Work closely with the external digital agencies for execution of the campaigns
  • Collaborate with the Analytics team to understand the CPA (Cost per Acquisition) and
    utilize the data to take corrective actions where necessary
