Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Developing strong and innovative digital marketing strategies with an objective to enhance brand awareness in the digital space.
  • Responsible for Planning & executing Digital marketing Campaigns to drive opportunities and stimulate sales for the organisation.
  • Own the digital marketing P&L for the business, including budget planning/allocation, campaign performance & customer acquisition cost.
  • Design and execute activation and engagement campaigns across the user funnel via multiple channels including SEO, PPC, Google adwords, advertising, service launches, campaigns, email marketing, webinars, offline events, and more.
  • Inbound and outbound campaign development: Execute email campaigns (customer acquisition, drip and nurture), SEM/SEO/SMM, and content marketing.
  • Online promotion activities using social networking sites like Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, G+, Quora and more.
  • Digital media buying
  • Manage influencers Food / Fashion bloggers, celebrities etc
  • Manage external agencies and third parties to ensure successful delivery of campaign. (Digital agency, creative agency etc.)
  • Responsible for customer engagement and retention using advanced analytics, segmentation, integrated CRM workflows & conversion optimization
  • Responsible for social hygiene that includes developing Social Media Strategy
  • Own - optimization, analysis and reporting of digital campaigns throughout the campaign lifetime using best suited analytical tools (Google analytics / Facebook Insights / Omniture) to inform organic promotional development and user segmentation.
  • Leverage technology, creativity and data driven insights to optimize campaigns by sharp contextual targeting and retargeting
  • Champion new ideas and be both proactive and reactive to changes in the digital marketplace
  • Partner with internal and external stakeholders such as marketing, sales, customer service to understand their unique goals, objectives and challenges and ensure alignment with the social & digital strategy
  • Responsible for combining mainline marketing and social media management to enhance the company's social media presence, interaction with target audiences, promoting the brands engaging content, and expanding the opportunities for increasing the revenue.
