Roles & Responsibilities:

Create and execute the Digital Media Strategy for the company

Assist the Sales team in achieving quarterly targets by building awareness and increasing visibility of CCS and CCS services to target audience

Marketing Assets / Collateral

  • Coordinate between Delivery team, Sales team and CXO to build a marketing asset library that will showcase company experience and expertise
  • Work with internal stakeholders to collate and publish case studies, blogs, videos, webcasts and webinars across company's digital channels on an ongoing basis
  • Convert content / information provided by Delivery team into powerful and visually appealing PPT decks that are relevant to target audience

Website Management

  • Ownership of Company website to ensure content and design are up-to-date
  • Attain key performance indicators such as increasing website visitation, reducing the website bounce rate, increasing engagement time or improving conversion
  • Track and analyse website traffic data to improve content and increase inbound leads / engagement
  • Work with SEO experts to ensure website keywords are updated and relevant

Social Media Management

  • Maintain, optimise and manage content on social marketing accounts such as LinkedIn, Twitter and Facebook
  • Create and share relevant content on Social Media handles that will meet Company's marketing objectives
  • Identify and participate in online user groups and communities to increase visibility

Marketing Campaigns

  • Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns that include targeted advertisements on Google AdWords, LinkedIn Advertising and Facebook Advertising
  • Create content for emails, scripts for calling and LinkedIn outreach that will help lead generators improve conversion ratio

Identify new trends in digital marketing, evaluate new technologies and ensure the brand is at the forefront of industry developments

Manage and coordinate offline marketing activities such as events and printed marketing collateral

Required Knowledge & Skills:
  • Global view of IT Services Industry : Should have a good understanding of global IT markets and the different trends in the market shaping IT Services Industry
  • Core Digital Marketing skills : Should have strong knowledge and experience of positioning and branding and key practices that facilitate this - such as Digital Campaigns, SEO, Blog Publishing etc
  • Communication : Excellent written/verbal communication skills, should be able to edit content independently and interact with external partners and channels
  • Project Management/Stakeholder management - Need to have good project management/ stakeholder management skills to be able to collaborate with key leaders in the organization for various Digital
  • Marketing activities and be able to drive initiatives independently from concept to closure
