Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Formulation of strategies to build a lasting digital connection with consumers for BW & Customers
  • Plan & monitor the ongoing BW & Its customers presence on social media (Twitter, Facebook etc.)
  • Launch optimized e-adverts - Google Adwords, Facebook etc. to increase BW brand awareness.
  • Provide creative ideas for content marketing and directions to what need to be updated on website.
  • Measure performance of DM using a variety of analytics tools (Google Analytics, WebTrends etc.
  • Attaining certain and specific goals in generating leads, lead qualification, marketing communication,building brand image for BW & Clients. Look into conversion of BW leads into closure.
  • Monitoring, evaluate, measure, improve - performance of campaigns DM efforts.
  • Planning and execution of marketing projects and campaigns. Ideation and creation of collaterals,distributing them in various media and social platforms and measuring its impact and effectiveness.
  • Performing activities relating to Search Engine Optimization on a continuous basis.
  • Creating and executing SMS and E-mail based marketing campaigns.
  • Analyzing market research and plan promotions, competitions and other various creative marketing techniques based on the research results.


Required Knowledge & Skills:


  • Evidence to drive and determination to hit targets. High on task & time management, detail-oriented, flexible, self-motivated and one meeting deadlines with a problem - solving inclusive attitude.
  • Ability to take feedback & work under the supervision of seniors to produce high-quality work.
  • Must demonstrate the ability to meet deadlines. Clear, concise & strong communication skills required.
  • The natural inclination to make things look good via PowerPoint while adhering to brand guidelines.


  • Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Executive or similar role
  • Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices
  • Experience of working with database/CRM packages.Proven ability to manage processes.
  • Experience with B2C social media, Google Adwords and email campaigns and SEO/SEM.
  • Perfect knowledge of web analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, WebTrends etc.)
  • Good knowledge of all different digital marketing channels
  • Excellent Project management & communication and interpersonal skills
  • Capacity to prioritize, work across multiple projects & work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
