Roles & Responsibilities:
- Knowledge of, or drive to learn the ins and outs Search, Social and Native
- Find new and effective paid marketing channels
- Executing tests and strategic plans end-to-end
- Reporting, analysing, and providing action able insights for internal teams
- Create / optimize landing pages for conversion
- Track, report, and analyse website analytics and campaigns
- Increase Traffic, and Conversions
- Increase the number of Fundraising Campaigns on the Website
- Keep a track of various Audiences and their performance
- Generate Lead Acquisition
- ROI Driven Paid Customer Acquisition
Required Knowledge & Skills:
- Should be very conversant with Facebook Ads, Google Adwords, Taboola & Columbia native advertising
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
- Excellent interpersonal and presentation skill
- Logical, analytical thinking skills
- Knowledge of and ability to use various research tools
- Organized and excellent interpersonal and writing skills
- Good with all bidding strategies PPC, CPA etc
- Deep understanding of Audience Behaviour and Audience reception
