Roles & Responsibilities:
- Hands on experience in Creative Content Writing, Editing, Copywriting, Content Development,
- Promotional Material Development, Marketing Collaterals, Content Refinement, Marketing Communications, Content Marketing etc.
- Write grammatically correct, creative, unique and relevant online content (long and short form) for business/ product marketing and promotion
- Knowledge of creating, editing, and formatting MS Office docs. (Powerpoint, Excel, Word).
- Excellent writing skills & command over English language. Ensure the highest accuracy levels in terms of business language usage and style, grammar, punctuation, etc.
- Produce persona-based content for various stages of the funnel, including PowerPoint presentations (sales pitch), live webinars, videos, etc.
- Experience in writing sales emails and follow up emails adds advantage.
- Comfortable working under timelines and a goal-based approach.
- Gather useful information and writing relevant content as per the style, tone, and requirements.
- Should filter information into clear and concise text and have the ability to present content in the most engaging manner.
- Coordinate writing ability with lead generation capabilities to develop content strategies that align with business goals and KPIs.
- Write fresh copy and content for blogs, emails, landing pages and social media
- Create engaging content (banners, posts, photos, video, GIFs etc.) for all the social media platforms
Required Knowledge & Skills:
- Proven working experience approx. 05 years in creative content writing
- Graduate/ Post-Graduate in the field of Marketing Communication, Media, Advertising, Public Relations, Journalism, Digital Marketing.
- Hands-on experience in writing for social media platforms and digital marketing campaigns
- Excellent consulting, writing, editing (text and photo), presentation and communication skills
- Ability to create social posts, social contents, and videos from time to time
- Positive attitude, detail-oriented approach and customer focused
- Good multitasking and organizational ability is must
- Ability to research and identify target audience preferences and trends
- Demonstrable social networking experience
- Excellent command over English is a must
- Should have good attitude, high ethical standards and a go-getter
- A team player with good learning ability and implement new ideas, concepts from time to time
- Take ownership, accountability and responsibility of the role and organization requirements
- Adaptable and open-minded- Good in planning, organizing and scheduling works tasks
