We are hiring for Content writer
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Drive 'clear, simple and unambiguous communication' with emphasis on improving user experience.
- Ability to understand impact of various touch-points in the user experience and craft copy accordingly to drive purchase intent
- Ability to understand Brand Tone of Voice and switch between multiple brands while staying true to each brand's ToV
- Focus on creating audience agnostic communication
- Understand customer base, context and shopper behavior to create communication that offers least resistance for them to make purchase decisions.
- Create and manage UI content across app/website
- Ability to work with Visual/Interaction Designers and articulate ideas around communication
- Need to provide inputs through the product development cycle while working with Project Managers,
- Design, Development and Creative teams
- Emphasis on clarity of thought, write precise, simplification of language
- Must be comfortable working in a dynamic work environment where speed of implementation and reaction times are crucial
- Proficiency in Hindi and English with impeccable grammar. Regional languages is a bonus
- Ready to accommodate ad-hoc requests, work on stretched hours/weekends/holiday basis business requirement .
