Responsibilities - Content Writer

  • Responsible the delivery of the intended message, that is qualified with strong concept, meets published design standards, accurate and timely, to the right audience
  • Develop and implement effective communication strategies that build customer loyalty programs, brand awareness, and customer satisfaction
  • Prepare detailed media activity reports
  • Plan and manage the design, content, and production of all marketing materials

  • Oversee a social media strategy
  • Manage and maintain the organisations website(s)
  • Write and optimise content for the website and social networking accounts such as Face book and Twitter
  • Track and analyse website traffic flow and provide regular internal reports
  • Continually work on the Search Engine Optimization of the website(s)
  • Attain key performance indicators such as reducing the website bounce rate, increasing dwell time or improving conversion
