The ideal candidate will be spearheading the content and social media strategy for OSL to support the Inbound Marketing Strategy. Responsibilities include creation and maintenance of content for the various content marketing channels such as blog, brochures, social networks, scripts etc. The KPI includes better web traffic and higher social media engagement.

Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Create blog and web editorial content for the company's products
  • Collaborate with marketing and communication team members to plan and develop content, style and layout
  • Develop social media content aligned with short-term and long-term marketing targets
  • Liaise with content writers to ensure brand consistency
  • Use analytics tools to analyse ROI, leads, conversions and user engagement
  • Manage content distribution on social media channels to increase web traffic
  • Develop and maintain social media editorial calendar
  • Create online marketing campaigns together with our Online Marketing Manager that can be deploy social media platform
  • Stay up-to-date with developments trends and generate new ideas to attract potential customers
Required Knowledge & Skills:
  • Excellent communication skill
  • Technology enthusiast with an ability to convert complex technical information into appealing, easy to understand business value content.
  • Hands-on experience with any social media manager tools
