Nspira manages and serves over 400,000 students across 630 learning centers in 17 states of India. A core offering of Nspira includes providing admissions support to these 630 learning centers, which includes ATL, BTL and digital marketing campaigns. Nspira has also developed cutting edge B2C ed-tech products that are provided to all students across the country through mobile, tab and web platforms. The products include online test series and online distance learning programs.

We are searching for a highly creative and customer focused Content Marketing Manager to support our digital marketing team. Your central goal will be to create and manage digital content to further strengthen marketing goals. You will have to strategize on content that our target audience will actually like, develop and share such content along with the digital team and measure the impact of such activities.

Your duties will include planning, implementing, and monitoring our content marketing campaigns across all digital channels. Our ideal candidate is someone with experience in business strategy development, marketing, brand building and social media management. In addition to being an outstanding communicator, you will also demonstrate excellent interpersonal and analytical skills.

Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Creating a ground up omni channel digital content strategy for educational institutions by understanding business unit needs and target audience requirements
  • Creating and managing a content marketing budget.
  • Designing and implementing creative marketing strategies to disseminate content.
  • Building and managing branding team including designers, content writers and analysts
  • Coordination with in-house and external vendors, agencies and production houses
  • Driving traffic and engagement that translates to sales and brand promotion.
  • Measuring the results of content marketing activity to inform future marketing campaigns.
  • Implementing SEO best practices.
  • Knowing which platform different kinds of content are best suited to.
Required Knowledge & Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or relevant field.
  • A minimum of 3 years of combined experience in a content creation, branding, digital marketing or advertising position.
  • Highly creative with excellent analytical abilities.
  • Proficiency with social media analytics and Google analytics
  • Excellent written and verbal skills
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
