This will not be a one-time engagement, but a continuous nurturing of ties with CrowdPouch Clientele.

Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Contact and convert leads and ensure store/campaign is set up on CrowdPouch platform
  • Assist and guide leads to set up store/campaign online
  • Educate and engage clients on how to make their campaign or store a success
  • Collect Stories, Videos and Creatives from clients for a good story and for Social Media Posts
  • Respond to all client queries on next steps on Social Media, Call, Email, Whatsapp, Live Chat etc.
  • Work on partnerships and affiliates as and when opportunities arise
  • Build relationships with clients, potential clients, and industry professionals
  • Represent CrowdPouch and be an effective and reliable bridge between the Brand and its clients
Required Knowledge & Skills:
  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • Excellent written communication skills
  • Pro activeness and willingness to connect with clients
  • Ability to multitask
  • Patience to explain grassroots of business to clients

Good to have:

  • Work experience as a Community Manager
  • Knowledge of vernacular languages
