Roles & Responsibilities:
- The role of Website Business Development Manager is to develop and generate new business opportunities in IT Sales, Web Services, Web application, SEO, SMO, Digital Marketing.
- Excellent expertise in Sales for the projects as IT Services, Websites and Software Services, Website designing, PHP Development, CMS, E-commerce/Magento, SEO, SMO and Digital Marketing.
- Generate the sales revenue along with the team from USA, UK, market using different platform either direct lead handling as cold calling, website/email leads.
- Independently and along with the team has successfully managed the sales process.
- The Business Development Manager will act like a bridge between company and client and will play a major role in client retention also.
- Coordination with designing, development team and other departments to execute the project as per the clients best requirement.
- Regular communication with the management team to build and implement a successful model of Business Development.
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through innovative approach as LinkedIn, reference, Webinar etc.
Required Knowledge & Skills:
- A go-getter who is ready to work individually and along with the team.
- Have the acumen to develop business for the company and make stronger decisions for the growth of company wherever needed.
- A graduate with excellent academics background with knowledge and experience in Business Development and team management.
- Having a Sales Attitude, Persistence and aggressive.
- Experience in handling at least 10 people in his team.
- At Least 3-5 Years of Experience in International Sales Excellent business communication skills in both verbal and written.
- Expertise in different sales tactics and strategy in order to close the deal while maintaining Sales Ethics.
- Self-motivated individuals who can work out the plan and execute the initiatives.
