We are looking for an experienced
Business Development Executive  to assist in the planning, execution and optimization of our domestic and international business development efforts.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for selling, approaching new markets and developing relations with the existing client database for renewals.

Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Carry out market research through industry contacts, trade events, news to identify ideas for growth
    Generate new business.
  • Be able to convert internal leads.
  • Design the best negotiating strategies by considering the risks, and keeping in mind the counter-parties preferences & goals.
  • From the initial cold approach to delivering winning presentations/proposals at the final pitch stage, play an instrumental role in selling solutions and market strategies.
  • Own the client relationships and be the primary point of contact.
  • Review all client deliverables to ensure that they are on strategy and meet quality expectations.
  • Meet goals as defined by client satisfaction survey and annual renewal targets.
  • Research and prepare client presentations, reports and conduct in-person client meetings.
  • In depth understanding of the industry & competitor trends to apply best practices to client portfolio.
  • Constantly keep upgrading your business development techniques, and help in enhancing the company knowledge base by participating in training and educational initiatives.
  • Understanding client goals/objectives and their entire digital marketing needs including Search Engine Marketing (SEM), Social Media, Display Advertising. Email Marketing, Affiliate Marketing & more.
  • Nurturing and managing a pipeline of sales leads that are developed both internally and gathered through your own actions, to facilitate business growth.
  • Identify growth opportunities from the client portfolio and drive revenue.
  • Create reports of existing plus new clients.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Create/Support clients pitches with product positioning & other collateral's.
  • Candidates from Digital media firms (same domain) will be preferred
Required Knowledge & Skills:

Requirements

  • Advanced Excel/Database capabilities and strong proficiency with PowerPoint.
  • Very strong teamwork orientation.
  • Ability to work with global teams across multiple time zones.
  • Fluency in English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
