Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Ideation and implementation of new, innovative and disruptive digital marketing for online business
  • Identify, design and execute deals with strategic partners and relevant agencies
  • Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
  • Design, build and maintain content for social media presence/platforms
  • Look for new avenues in the digital arena to reach and communicate to prospects
  • Opportunity to work on cutting edge tools for implementing innovative ideas to generate business at optimum cost
  • Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
Required Knowledge & Skills:
  • Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, display advertising campaigns and/or programmatic campaigns
  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
  • Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
  • Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
