Roles & Responsibilities:
- Creation, targeting, creative direction, copywriting, optimization & analysis of Campaigns - Search, Shopping, Display, App, Engagement, Remarketing etc.
- Measuring and reporting on performance across brands, categories & campaigns using analytics tools
- Identifying trends in the industry and developing insights to optimize spend and performance based on the insights
- Brainstorming new and creative growth strategies for the channel
- Planning and executing experiments, A/B tests and conversion tests and utilize analytical ability to measure and evaluate success
- Collaborate internally with the team and multiple stakeholders to efficiently manage campaigns
- Keeping up with the latest digital marketing techniques, trends, platforms and best practices
- Would be required to work closely with cross functional teams such as brand management, design, retail and content to plan for the monthly marketing campaign calendar for App pushes
- Continuously measure App engagement metrics like MAU, DAU, Converting users on a daily basis
- Create app pushes, target customer audiences based on behaviour, analyse post performance on a daily basis
- Develop new and innovative communications styles and design campaigns to improve user engagement on the App
- Constantly optimise for best results in terms of CTRs, Conversions, Revenue, etc.
