Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Devise integrated marketing campaigns with the aim of acquiring and retaining customers.
  • Develop campaign workflows, segmentation of audience, using ADOBE CAMPAIGN MANAGER.
  • Design the Key Performance Indicators (KPI) of the campaign.
  • Deliver exceptional campaign quality and accuracy by constant monitoring of KPIs and appropriate campaign modulation.
  • Configure and execute Email / SMS/ direct mail campaigns. Actual sending of communications.
  • Perform advanced campaigning (Tracking, Event Triggers, Cross-Channel).
  • Study the Consumer preferences with deep impact analysis of digital platforms and digital creatives.
  • Liaise with Marketing/ PreSales/ Loyalty team for business Intelligence to ensure campaigns have appropriate data and are optimized for performance.
  • Understand the marketing data specifications and ensure all data is available including scores and past contact information for better campaign targeting and results.
  • Establish testing time frames and campaign regression tests.
  • Ensure that Quality Control procedures are incorporated into the campaign design.
  • Supports development of campaigns business and data requirements, journey development, audience forecasting, success definition - across both digital & non-digital vehicles.
  • Study the Consumer preferences with deep impact analysis of digital platforms and digital creatives.
  • Delight the Customer by constantly enhancing the Campaign effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with team to build, track and deploy cross-channel campaigns.
  • Effectively manage the campaign calendar.
  • Maintain involvement in the campaign life cycle from ideation through to result analysis
  • Maintain regular measurement of the ROI of campaigns.
  • Deliver regular reports of campaign results, including web analysis and evaluation of KPIs.
  • Ensure that the organization's brand and identity is adhered to in campaigns and in all communication channels.
  • Work on overall campaign strategy including cross sell / up sell campaigns, and building out multi-channel campaign ideas.
  • Identify and recommend best practices for Adobe campaign manager within organisation.
  • Keep abreast of current trends in SMS and Email marketing.

Required Knowledge & Skills:
  • 4-7 year of experience.
  • 2-3 years experience of working on Adobe campaign manager.
  • Knowledge on Adobe campaign functionality and email deliverability.
  • Understand core features of Adobe campaign Manager (Workflow, Segments, and Channels etc).
  • Strong functional knowledge on campaign process.
  • Strong knowledge of email compliant HTML and email platforms.
  • Preferred Working knowledge of Campaign tools like Unica, SAS, Cheetahmail etc.
  • Familiar with Strategic Database Marketing.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Good analytical and coordination skills
